2. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for Innerwear
Trying TRIMSX for the first time and not satisfied with the fit? No worries — our Risk-Free Return Policy ensures that your first innerwear purchase on the TRIMSX website is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days.
For bundles, please try only one item. Exchange will be processed only if the rest are unused and unwashed.
Your first-ever TRIMSX innerwear is covered under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Still not happy? We’ll refund the price of the product (shipping fees not included).
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 15 business days.
COD Orders: Refunded via a non-expiring Gift Card, redeemable at checkout on your next order.

3. 15-Day Easy Returns/Exchanges on Outerwear
TRIMSX offers hassle-free returns or exchanges for outerwear (excluding Thermals, Athleisure, Boat Earphones, and Sale Items). Just contact us within 15 days of delivery.
Exclusions: Products bought on clearance sale cannot be returned.
Exchange for size or color is allowed.
Prefer a return? We'll refund the product price (shipping fees not included).
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 15 business days.
COD Orders: Refunded via a Gift Card (valid for 1 year).

Share order details, invoice, and product image.
We'll arrange pickup within 7 days. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
❗ If the product is unavailable for exchange, a refund will be issued.
💰 A ₹99 shipping fee will apply for multiple exchange/return requests on the same order.
4. No Return or Exchange If:
The product shows misuse or overuse.
Returned without original packaging, tags, labels, or freebies.
It’s used, altered, or damaged post-purchase.
Return request made after 15 days from delivery.
Product is from a non-returnable marketing campaign or sale (T&Cs will apply).
5. Product Quality Concerns
TRIMSX follows strict quality checks. In the rare case of a defective product, we’re committed to resolving the issue — even if bought elsewhere.
Reach out within 30 days of delivery for both innerwear and outerwear.

6. Terms & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Do not return items without confirmation from our team.
Products will be inspected upon return.
Once approved, we’ll notify you and process your exchange or refund within 15 business days.
If your area is non-serviceable for pickup, we may ask you to ship the product to us (you'll be reimbursed up to ₹70 for shipping with valid receipt).
❗ TRIMSX products bought from other websites/stores cannot be returned to us.
🚫 Misuse of return policy may result in denial of future requests.
7. Undiependence Sale 2024 – Special Return/Exchange Policy
Innerwear
First innerwear purchase: 15-day free return or exchange.
No return/exchange allowed after your first purchase.
Outerwear
No returns on outerwear during the sale.
Exchanges allowed within 15 days.
Exchange for higher value item: Customer pays difference.
Exchange for lower value item: Difference refunded in 7–10 days.
If color/size is unavailable, alternate will be sent.
Color preference exchanges are chargeable and customer-borne
