⚠️ Hygiene Policy Notice (Innerwear Restrictions)
For health and hygiene reasons, all innerwear products (including Briefs, Trunks, Boxers, Vests, Boxer Briefs, Camisoles, and Slips) are STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered in good condition.
Return, exchange, or refund is ONLY applicable if the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or an incorrect size/product was shipped by us.

1. Delivery of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, has a manufacturing defect, or is different from what you ordered:
a. Report within 7 Days: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@trimsx.com or contacting us on WhatsApp (+91-753-007-3111).
b. Submit Proof: Please attach clear photos or videos showing:
- Full front & back view of the item.
- Close-up of the defect/damage.
- Outer packaging box with the courier shipping label visible.
c. Approval & Pick-Up: Our QA team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Upon approval, we will schedule a free reverse pick-up from your location.

2. Reverse Pick-Up & Self-Shipment
Free Reverse Pick-Up: Provided if your pincode is serviceable by our logistics partners.
Self-Shipment: If your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse. Courier charges (up to ₹100) will be reimbursed as TrimsX Store Credit/Gift Voucher upon submitting the courier receipt.
Product Condition: Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all brand tags intact.

3. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped directly through your account or by contacting customer support. 100% of the amount will be refunded immediately.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once handed over to the courier.

4. Refusal of Delivery / Unclaimed Orders (RTO Policy)
If an order is dispatched and the customer refuses to accept the delivery, remains unavailable after multiple delivery attempts by our courier partner, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address:
a. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- In case of non-acceptance or refusal of a COD order, TrimsX reserves the right to restrict future COD payment options for that customer account/phone number.
- Future orders for such users will only be processed on a 100% Prepaid basis.
b. Prepaid Orders:
- If a prepaid order is returned to our warehouse as RTO (Undelivered/Refused):
A standard Forward & Reverse Shipping Fee (e.g., ₹100 - ₹150) will be deducted from the original order amount.
The remaining amount will be issued as a TrimsX Store Credit / Gift Voucher or refunded to the original payment source after deducting logistics costs.
- Re-shipping the parcel to a corrected address will incur an additional shipping fee of ₹70–₹100.

5. Refund Methods & Timelines
Once your returned package reaches our warehouse and passes quality verification, your refund will be processed as per the table below:
